Before you start
This is a quick, self-reported assessment, which is designed to identify constraints in the foundational layers of support maturity.
Layers 1 to 4 focus on things teams can safely self‑assess, such as intake quality, routing, escalations, and knowledge capture.
Higher layers, including Knowledge Governance and AI Enhancements, cannot be reliably assessed through a questionnaire alone and are validated during discovery using real operational data.
